Getting Gold in WoW

Friday, May 1st, 2009

It may seem fantastic that computer games can create an efficient economy, with its own currency and value but this is what it’s going down with World Of Warcraft. It’s a virtual world in which varied characters interact one another, everybody representing a player. To buy items, services and diverse products the player wishes, one must have virtual gold, that’s the currency of the World Of Warcraft.

The World of Warcraft phenomenon could be influencing folks in a more delicate way than we think. Yes, there were some cases of death (allegedly) due to over-exposure to WoW, but what’s even more annoying is that folk are starting to spend significant sums of money for this game.

Basically, the main source of earning money in WOW is gold and to do this, one must undertake quests and interact with the other characters, whether human or non-human or NPCs. And because there is a demand, there are individuals online who sell WoW gold for real currency and these sites and persons make significant money out of such endeavors.

WoW may only be a game but it seems many people are willing to treat it like their reality.

Used Books for Sale

Running low on cash for tuition? Yes sir, that may be a genuine bummer. But what are you able to do? In fact, that is college life for you. Many of us expect to be broke as a joke, or at least we figure it out real fast. One thing you can do to earn some additional dough at the end of each semester / quarter is to sell used books. There is no reason to keep the texts from the classes you finished.

You might as well earn some cash to pay for your next crop of books. If your campus Waterstone’s is anything like the one I dealt with, they are crooks. You purchase a book new one term for 68 bucks, and then you are taking it to sell back and they only need to pay you sixteen.

If you sell used books back to them, which are doubtless hardly used BTW, they’re going to sell them for much more. That one they paid you sixteen dollars back for is most likely going back on the shelf for 42. You must sell used books online, or to other students on campus. Many students like to sell used books online today as it’s so convenient. When it boils down to it, college kids are sometimes broke and they need to pay the least they can for everything. This way anybody can mooch by and tear one off to reach you.

Sell your books for under the book shop does, but far more than they were prepared to offer you for them. I was guffawing at my eighteen year old girl, who’s now beginning to pl;ay in varsity. She only has to pay for her manuals at that point, but was surprised at how much they cost. Now she can’t bear to wait to sell used books back to other students and get some of her cash back.
